Annual Memorial Candle Service
The Candle Memorial Service is held once a year in early December at a local Presbyterian Church. Its purpose is to offer this time of remembrance back to the community which supports us; allowing families to remember and honour their loved ones and offering the opportunity to reconnect with Cranford Hospice staff.
Dates for 2010 will be advertised later in the year. More
