Wear your shorts for Cranford

Big shorts – little shorts – loud shorts

Whether you wear your finest walk shorts and socks combo, your best beach boardies, or your high fashion stunners, be a part of our first 'Wear your shorts for Cranford' day.

'Wear your shorts for Cranford' is your chance to raise some money by having some fun with what you wear on Wednesday 21st June 2017. Businesses, schools, and individuals are challenged to throw away their inhibitions and wear their liveliest and most outrageous shorts for one day. The event will challenge people to have fun, to celebrate life and make the most of every day. Life is SHORT so we are encouraging you to live every moment.

Why should you wear Shorts for Cranford?

As a charity, all our services are provided at no cost to patients and their families, but to be able to do this we have to raise over $2.8 million each year - that is approximately $7,700.00 per day!

It is only through the generosity of businesses, individuals and the community that we are able to continue to provide the highest standard of care to the patients and their families and carers. Every dollar raised from the day goes towards enabling our professional team of nurses, doctors, social workers, counsellors and volunteers to ensure we provide the highest quality palliative care services.
