The 2010 Cranford Hospice Street Appeal raised
over
$25,000
for Cranford Hospice.
The Annual Street Appeal is an important fundraiser for Cranford Hospice, helping to raise funds to meet their $1.3 million annual deficit.
“We are always grateful to the Hawke’s Bay community for their continued support, not only for their generous donations but also to the volunteers who give up their time to make the appeal happen.” says
Karla Sewter Cranford Hospice Event Manager.
“Our thanks also to the many stores
who allow our volunteers to collect outside their businesses”.
Hundreds of volunteers helped collect at over 100 locations and visited businesses throughout Hawke’s Bay; Hastings, Napier, Havelock North, Taradale, Waipawa, Waipukurau, Clive, Onekawa, Ahuriri and Wairoa.
